^yar. There is/was some "gig certified" or "gig verified" cat5. Short cat5 patch cables may be able to do gig but safer to assume whatever cat5 you have wont do gig.

Could be a joy if you enjoy outlets that present themselves as legitimate news sources getting everything wrong, laughably so.

Now trying to decide between two HDDs or SSDs. The two Western Digital mechanical HDDs I have are hard to complain about since they've lasted 10 years.
Anecdotal, I've had and feel HDDs will always be more prone to failure (and have been in the past) than SSDs. My old laptop that I upgraded to a SSD in 2011 is still running with that era tech. The primary in my gaming ****box is a Kensington one that I've also had no issues with. I recently installed Forza 8 and my game HDD was not fast enough to render the textures, so enter in this fanxiang SSD 2TB Internal Solid State Drive SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5", 3D NAND, SLC Cache Tho the price has gone up $8 since I purchased it.

Today I have bloodwork for my physical...at 10am.

gripe: having to wait till 10am to eat anything. Havent medical advances been enough so that people shouldnt have to starve before any bloodwork?

ex of mine had blood work the next day, and for dinner my cheap ass made ramen!

she blew over the limit for sodium the next day..
whoops.

they're likely just trying to avoid your diet having any short term effects that appear in results.
