Default engine knock..spark plug...?

so i have an 05 wrx 70k on the clock....i decided to do spark plugs

changed them out used right plug i torqued and i torqued the coil packs and made sher the gap was good .030 subaru recommende .028-.031

so i ran it and at high rpms i got some lag sputtering just power cut than go

i went home retorqued wasnt thew problem same thing happened

this time check engine light came on flashed about 4-5 times

took plugs out and found an insulator was cracked....

i ordered new plugs and replaced didnt torque this time i used the 1/4 to 1/2 turn ....put coil packs on and tightened 1/4 a turn not loose not snug

engine started fine sounded a little wierd but i shurrged it off went and tested it ran strong and good....next day engine still kind of sounds wierd...but now when i take off at about 1k-1700 rpm i can hear a knock....u can barley hear it when the radio is off and windows r up but when the windoows are down and the radio is off its enough for me to notice....

and its on the side where the cracked insulator spark plug was....

i currently have no cel on and i just am confused

low miles i treat her good and i let her warm up every morning

oil is good and im currently just stage 1 access port....

any one have ideas or should i let subaru check it out..?

i would make sure your gap is right. if it's too large you will get knock. and if they are coming loose from not torquing them you can get knock too. what did you use to gap them?

Also, what kind of plugs are these? Gapping iridiums improperly can easily damage them.
