Well, from what I've seen, MAFs are usually next to the air/filter box on the passenger side of the car next to the fender. I don't know about IAC valves, but some models have them integrated into the throttle body..

you dont have a MAF, you have a MAP. And your IACV is on the right side of the throttle body in that pic

Yeah, there won't be anything to do for the MAP, but feel free to look at the idle control. I've never touched one, so I can't really tell you anything about it and what you should or shouldn't do.

So let's discuss this a bit more before you go taking apart stuff that might not be a good idea.
First of all, you don't have a WRX, so don't assume their threads about rough idle translate directly to your car.
Second, how's your fuel efficiency? Did it drop at the same time as the rough idle?
Have you done any of the standard tune-up stuff? plugs, wires, fuel filter, pcv etc.?
Do you know any good mechanics?

I changed the plugs, fuel filter, changed oil and filter, air filter, and it was idling bad before that. I do know a mechanic, i am thinking about getting a live data going on it to see whats going on but i dont know all intailed in it...

What exactly do you mean by 'rough idle'? I mean in detail, what is the car doing and at what rpm? Is it while driving and the car is stopped and idle or just when the car is sitting parked? Is it consistent or does it be rough off and on?

Trying to decipher it it could be hose related, IAC, MAP, something else electrical, mechanical...bad gas.
