![]() well, now that i have time to put the turbo in from Flat4, i took out the headers, and VIOLA!! viola?! anyway's, no flange on the other end of the cat.
here's the deal: i've been studying lagging.com, and their imp has a flange, but it's not a MY00 like mine. http://www.lagging.com/cgi-bin/pic.p...s/dcp00141.jpg and i know dayam well that's the case..DOH!! so does anyone have any suggestions please? my poor baby is on stands, and can't get down..ehehe. but anyway's should i weld a flange on there, or weld the down pipe straight to the cat-back? wanna hear what u guys think...thanks...matt [This message has been edited by kid22 (edited August 20, 2000).]

![]() Just thinking in the financial sense, I'd say have a flange welded on. Can you imagine a year down the road cracking the Y-pipe and then potentially having to replace that AND the cat? $$$$$
