![]() So my roommates Outback blew the head gasket at around 140K. He kept driving it and putting water in it till it went no further. It finally stopped running, we pulled it and put in another 2.5. Since then it's been sitting in the garage taking up space.
I have no idea what to do with it. We will part it if there is interest and people think the heads/block might be in ok condition. The crankshaft still spins, if that means anything., but the heads have not been off to inspect for damage. So, anyone interested in a 2000 Outback engine with blown head gasket, or any parts from one?
