Danny's getting all the tabs finished. You can see he's positioned the center console.

It wont be a V8 Busa but I am building a V8 sbc as the fifth chassis coupled to a audi 016 transaxle. About the same hp as Marty's car but a bit more weight...
Finishing up a custom bike frame, and an ecotec version Mako with modded roll bar as well....busy busy! Also started on cleaning all the parts headed to the powder coater...LOTS of parts PooK AND Managed to land myself in the hospital AGAIN last week 3rd time this year Aflac is like a second income.... |

You say "land" in the hospital? What happened? You weren't messing with that .357 self-contained alarm system were you?
I was just on the phone with you an hour ago and you didn't mention anything. You do know that you must have a proper ground before welding, right? By the way, the paint on the bike frame looks great. I think we may let your guy paint my panels instead of the vinyl wrap stuff. LavaMat and HeatShield mats are on their way to you. |

Got a question. Sorry if it's been answered before. What are you planning to do for the shifter linkage? Won't it poke out the back of the transmission?

Thanks!
The suby trans has become common place in everything from Porsche transplants to buggies, here is just one quick link but we will make our own....http://cableshift.com/Subaru/subaru%20page.html Like the pic in the link there is a kit to convert to 2WD and the back section of the trans will be gone after and be inside the chassis.... This should be the last mock up for Marty, We are going to rough out a center scoop to feed the intercooler and I need the tabs on the chassis before the powder coat. Also Have to build the roll bar braces wide enough to not hit the larger intercooler, Then get the wing mount tabs on. The second pic shows the header through the bottom but is no lower than the splitter so we get the Cat's whiskers effect PooK |

Thanks! But up to this point It's just a bunch of tube, Now we get to see Highpowernut's vision of how the car will come together
Marty, I was documenting all the parts headed to the powdercoater (so we get back the same number we send) and it looks like you may be putting this guys kid through college.... PooK |
