They're as bright as the brake lights, and thus stand out a heckuva lot better than a taillight in the fog or spray that gets kicked up from the roadway.

Do you need them? Of course not. Is it a simple, smart safety modification? I think so.
I modded the passenger tail light on my old B5 S4 to have a second rear fog light, along with the drivers side one. Really helped to deter tailgaiters without actually having to hit the brakes.

Wait until you see the coast on that. I'm working to get some prototype parts either machined or printed and it's in the hundreds of dollars. In this case for a site handle.

Fortunately I can do it at work. A little bit here and there. It wouldnt be worth it to pay someone to do it. I got the clear from my boss and just called it "training and development" lol.

Whats the end goal of this door handle?

3D printers are pretty nifty, we picked up a Solidoodle a month or so ago, rapid prototyping has been infinitely useful.

Thats just pretty. I like the little door under your head unit, and the gauges look clean as hell...

Are you painting the whole dash flat black or?

Idk if I'm even focusing ont he uniqueness you were pointing out, but the inside of your car gives me a chub

Thanks! I got tired of being scared of my double din calling too much attention, so I went with a single din. The din pocket with lid was bought from subarugenuineparts.com under Forester interior for around $25.

I just want to paint the pod so that the abs looses its shine. I only have flat black here, but I've seen a duplicolor bumper coating that somewhat resembles the dash color, so I might go that way. Meanwhile, I left it like that. I still need to tweak the mold a bit to straighten the front area, but I've been working on other things, so this might take me a while. Compared to the ATI pods available, I like this style better, plus I don't need to drill the dash .

Wouldn't you normally want to put the Battery in the Opposite corner, to help offset some of the weight of the driver?

The other side doesnt offer as nice of a flat spot to mount to, plus running the power cable will be easier, wont have to cross to the other side of the car
