yeah that would look a bit tacky, black sounds sweet though. I might do the same if I get bored of the vinyl wrap. Fun side fact: anthracite 1080 cf wrap is much brighter than youd expect when in light.

You seem like you've messed with the cf wraps, I was considering cf wrapping the trim, what brand/ type have you found to be your favorite?

I'm hoary repainting mine the gun metal look. All black interior with red lighting so I think that red might be to much.

Along these lines the whole upper half Is that tan crap. Want to black all that out.whats a good permanent paint to use. I kno the right way is that dye stuff just don't have the dough for it so lookin for a good trim paint. I've been eyeing how I'm gonna get headliner out. Looks like its gonna be a pain

I have experience with off brand black cf, and legitimate 3m 1080. 1080 is great. Definitely learned a lot through wrapping parts, like its capabilities and limitations, as well as my own knowledge (or lack thereof).

I would recommend 3m 1080 in black cf. Its not true black, but looks very similar to carbon fiber, which is the best. Anthracite is okay, but too bright. Black is perfect. They both change appearance based on light, which is neat.

So IMO start off right with 1080, and save the $10 loss on crap off-brands. Ill get a pic tomorrow. Also, I wrapped my ipod shuffle with the stuff so that if I spill my workout drink or anything, it stands a better chance. Theres tons of uses for the stuff. Also, did my new laptop in black cf which just looks sexual.

no problem! Good luck. I recommend these guys: http://www.metrorestyling.com/

fast shipping, good selection/price, and gave me a free vinyl card to help with pushing the bubbles out. Equally fast on Amazon through their seller account on that site.

Thanks for this, I'll give it a go. I was comparing your link to Amazon before I realized they are the same seller.

has anyone mounted a sub in the spare tire well? I'm talking removing the tire, and mounting it below the floor and putting some plexi there so you can see the sub. That way you retain trunk space?

Was thinking full size spare in a basket on the roof? Not sure how to solve that problem but I think it would be cool and functional to build a custom box with a plexi cover to keep the trunk open.

lol, I remember when painting your interior was all the rage in the honda crew. In the mid-90's or so.

Even they've stopped doing that.

I don't know if you were refering to your secific chasis model, but FWIW I have two 10's in the spare well of my GD. The floor is just capreted particle board and the amp's were secured to the back of the seat, and a false wall was created to hide them. Almost a full trunk basically. Just a few inches lost from the false wall.

Custom made giant tmic splitter

Works and seals perfectly, and keeps the tmic super cold.

It diverts air directly through the tmic to cool it more efficiently.

I needed to make a new one because I got a much larger tmic.

I dunno, but according to his name, he's a 17 year old skating stoner. And just joined in April of this year

So I'm going to go with he probably didn't know. When people ask questions, I give answers.
