Default 99 ej22 suspension upgrade need advice

So i have a 99 ej22 wagon. Im doing some suspension upgrades and i got stuck on upgrading my rear sway bar and fitments. Im trying to swap it for a thicker 2nd hand bar from another model. Ive already tried mocking one from a 2002 wrx sedan with no luck. Im also looking to upgrade my struts and springs with the hope of lowering the ride height a couple inches for a decent price. Its my daily build for the most part. Feedback would be much appreciated , thanks.

Go over to the Brakes and Suspension forum. There is quite a lengthy thread on wagon suspensions.

On our 99 L wagon, we did KYB AGX struts and H&R springs. I don't remember what rear bar we ended up with.
