Hahaha. Who the hell pays money for these things? To answer your question, call your local police department and ask them. The Portland Police Department says that green is legal because it is not a reserved color. Blue, on the other hand, is reserved for police vehicles and may not be used on the outside of any non-police vehicle.

in NC, green is reserved for those vehicles that carry toxic waste. my brother was running green parking lights and got pulled for it even though he had orange turn signals and red brake lights. who would have thought?

PS - those things are for crap. Please don't embarass the rest of us with that "cereal grain, grown in standing water, staple, along with fish or other seafood, of many asian diets"
