E46 M3s are depreciating past this asking price, but you never really know how much room there is to negotiate until you ask. Give him a ring, ask some questions about the car and ask if the price is negotiable.

The car is very clean. I'd be concerned about buying an out of state car.

I'm curious if it's still got those Montana tags. Maybe it is a scam.

Yeah, lag brought that up too. Scam cars are usually under-priced though.

What are you looking for? There are a few ZHPs but with higher miles on offer in the Bay Area right now.

I'm still vacillating between something used or committing to a car payment. We have a reliable family car, so I want something enjoyable.
Ive been going back and forth between a clean E46 M3, finding a CPOd Jaguar F Type R or possibly a CPO Jaguar F Type S. Tough decision but I do like knowing I have a warranty with the Jag but at the same time know I probably wont keep it for longer than 2-3 years.

Im also on the fence about buying a SIERRA Car for weekend fun toy but at $40k, I can see it becoming much more expensive really quick.

I poked around the usual forums and sale sites with nothing showing up for the M3 posted. Seems when it's a reposted add used for scams a quick search pulls up a lot of hits with the same information with some details changed if they bothered to care about to not be too obvious.

The price doesn't strike me as unusual seeing e46's all over the range of 10k and a little over 20k for. Outside of the odd feeling I've seen this ad' before, it's a stock silver M3 making an obvious point why it seem familiar, there's not any red flags and they answered the first questions anyone would ask about the car aside from mentioning VANOS. But the mileage says it wouldn't have been an issue yet.

Currently own a 2005 Saab 9-3 Linear. Super fun car. Would recommend. You can find a super clean aero (turbo V6) for 7-8k. If you do a quick tune you can have 280ish horsepower and a nice chunk of torque for a reasonable price.

inb4 saabs always breakdown

All saabs have depreciated like rocks since the brand went away. GM era saabs are easy enough to find parts for. I found 2 new front coil springs for $90 shipped. Good luck finding parts for a pre-Gm saab

I love mine. 13x,xxx miles, 2006, and there's nothing wrong with it, but i've tried my best to take care of it. Upgraded from the old 2.0 in my 6-spd 2004 aero, and oh boy the turbo 6 is a nice change. Wish my 06 was a manual though...

Would recommend.

Nice, my 2005 is manual. It's not terribly fast, but the "PSHHHH" of the turbo always makes me smile. Spools up super quick too.

Yeah, and while the numbers might not look all that great, I've never been in a saab that didn't put in serious work in second gear...

I'm not seriously looking right now. I might be headed to the East Coast in the near future, so I'll wait to buy for now. Basically just trying to figure out if my eventual purchase will be brand new or if I'll try and get something used and avoid another car payment.
