Exclamation Dyno Tune: My 07 STI 2.5L + GTK-550 makes 560whp

Event: dyno pull
Location: Mac Autosports, Denver, Colorado
Ambient Temp: 80F
Elevation: ~5500
Weather: sunny

Car: 2007 STI
Tuner: Nick @ Mac Autosports
Dyno Info: Dynojet
Peak HP at RPM: 560whp (corrected)
Peak Torque at RPM: 540wtq (corrected)
Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno: never dynoed it on stock form, but at 19-20 PSI on the same setup the car put down 516whp/466wtq
Target Boost: 25 PSI
Fuel: E85
Engine/Power Modifications: See end of this post
Driveline Modifications: ACT Clutch and Flywheel
Suspension Modifications: springs
Other Modifications: no weight reduction or other mods



here is a vid of my 07 STI on the Dyno... car puts down 560whp/540wtq @ 25 PSI and 613whp/591wtq with some NOOZZZ. hopefully we will hit 630+whp with my new turbo next month as the GTK-550 are only rated at 400-600HP!!

I will be taking the car to a local drag event and see what it will run... my best on my older setup was 11.8@118 with 1.75 60ft on street stock tires and no launch control! ((the car back than had only 445whp corrected))

damn that's a beast...which built motor did you end up going with? If you don't mind me asking how much did the fully built motor run you? Just wondering but i can understand if you wanna keep it to yourself. Great build.

its just an intercooler spray that I use in hot days I will get some in car videos when the weather gets nice here I have some old in car videos when the car was at 17 PSI and 20 PSI... check them out on youtube!

correct..... we were just having fun on the Dyno to see what numbers it will put I was actually surprised, 50+whp and 50+wtq! didn't expect to see that!! but yeah just to chill the IC in hot days!

So are you spraying on the outside off the core or injecting into the pipes before the core?
