Ok so I've got two problems, they could be interrelated, I'm not sure.
Both occured immediately after I installed a new thermostat.
My power windows, which worked fine before, have completely stopped functioning from every switch.
Also when I turn the car on its beeps incessantly, starting as the normal beep for say a door being open, until it becomes continuous. The door open light shuts off when all doors are closed but the beep continues. No other indicators have been going off.
I bought this car second hand, with a new radio installed. It may have had other things installed as well that I'm not sure of, but before installing the thermostat, these problems did not occur.
