Default 15 wrx running way rich then too lean

I have a 2015 wrx that is having issues. Yesterday after the car had sat for a couple days I started it and it was fine. leaving my neighborhood stopped at a stop sign and it died. i started it back up and then it was running wayy to rich like 10.0 and then it started running way to lean and wouldn't idle. today i re-flashed and cleaned the MAF, checked for vacuum leaks and reset the ecu, along with a general inspection of everything. it idles now but still running lean. I attached a log from the short drive, any help would be appreciated. Car is stage 2, Cobb AP, ots stage 2 tune, intake and full exhaust. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j2w...ew?usp=sharing
