Default Prodrives Springs lowered my car 1.75"

After driving for about 4-5k miles, I decided to measure the drop. I never measured my car before the springs. But I am using a reference that I see thrown around alot for stock height, let me know if this correct measurement of a stock WRX sedan's height.

Basicly the Front WRX Sedan stock sits at:

15 3/4"

With Prodrives:

14"

So from this I take that my car dropped 1 3/4". That is too much of a drop. I am measuring from the center of the wheel to the top of the wheel well.

What is everyones measurements?

I have prodrives as well but mine measures 14 1/4" form the center of the wheel to the fender in the front and 14" to the black trim on the rear 14 1/4" to the metal. The specs say they lower the front 1 1/2", so mine is right on if you go by the 15 3/4" stock hight(I didn't measure it before) . I like the drop it's perfect for me. My buddy is supposed to come by later this evening, he's still on stock springs, I'll measure his and post it here later tonight.-James

Edit: his was at 15 1/2" stock in the front

What is the ride quality of these springs? how do they compare to stock? i am looking at lowering my wrx and im trying to find info on different springs to go with, i dont feel like dropping $1.2k++ for coilovers, seeing as i dont autocross or anything.

Do a search for Prodrive springs, alot of people are pretty happy with them. I have a 2 year old and a girlfriend that hardly noticed, of course i did. It's a bit stiffer than stock but not unbearable by any means. Good luck-James
