Lol they all know the story of me I'm sure from the infamous ex Tessa. Yup I finally left her over a year ago. I'm not going to get into details in public, but i will say this.... I should have listened. Lessoned learned. In other news I've taken a break from software engineering and I'm once again following my passion. I'm selling Subarus!!!! |

You won't see the jerk Gabe anymore. I'm back to my old self when I first registered during the iclub days.

I only use Nasioc for the info and classifieds. Still some good information on this site after you sift through the trolls.

Check it everyday. But not a lot of activity. It happens in waves.

I'm a new member and have only had my bug eye wagon for a year but you guys have been infinitely valuable to me here on the Forum..because you can literally find anything and everything need or want to know about Subaru repairs, performance upgrade, troubleshooting... you name it. I have done about $4,000 worth of mods to my car during the year that I've owned it and probably would have spent a ton more on useless things or mods I wasn't ready for had it not been for researching and asking questions here. I wish I would have been around it the so called "glory days" bc you all seemed to have such a friendship and bond within the community. Reading posts all the way back to 2001 when guys were getting excited about the debut of the WRX platform (STi later in 2004) makes me feel a sense if nostalgia for which I have no basis, while also feeling as if I missed out and everyone in the current day has moved on... Maybe I was just born 12 years late

I troll Nasioc daily. I don't really get on the FB pages so I use this forum. Still my go to for knowledge.
I'm in the ATX area, I sold my WRX and picked up a 08 FXT |

Probably the largest collection of Subaru information out there, so yeah I'm here a lot. Social Media may be the new thing, but you can't beat the organization and sheer volume of easily accessible materials that a forum like this has to offer.

I know there used to be a Subaru Meetup Facebook page, but I deleted FB a long time ago. Do you know if there are still meet ups in town? |

I'm still here, just waiting to get my wagon back from AWD Tuning with the 207 in it, so I haven't been on here much.
Not that I ever was... |

I still check in occasionally. Still looking for a nice 2002 wrb WRX. My wife has a 2017 Forester XT Touring. Looking forward to the power lumbar for the 2018 WRX. Might get me back in.
I still remember how crazy it was in the i-club days. Shame it has drifted so much. Still a vast amount of knowledge to be found here though. |
