Question What kind of setup do I need to do this?

Here's what I'm looking for; a robust suspension that can be used for either offroading or tarmac racing. I want something that I can raise to stock or greater heights in the winter when we get snow, and something I can lower a few inches in the summer and lower a few more inches when I go to the track. What would I be looking at a complete system priceswise ($2500 is my guess) and what types of systems are capable of this robustness?

Also, where's the best place to learn about the WRX's suspension setup. I couldn't find much information about the WRXs suspensions or componenets when searching, probably because I don't know what I'm looking for

DMS 50mm or the new Ohlins that are coming out, go to the DMS (Drummond motor Sports) site I don't have a link but find the dealer list and talk to Dave Clark he pretty much knows how to set up the WRX. Good Luck
