for a great all purpose and fast car thats sporty, the WRX is perfect:

If u want to drive sideways fast but slow on the straights, and only have 1 passenger, BRZ is right for you.

I like the brZ look, but ive always adored the Impreza / WRX / STi ever since I was young and saw one for first time. They look agressive, and they drive like it, but when needed to, they'll calm down for you and let you relax

They are completely different cars with completely different purposes. There's no reason to compare the two.

Don't you mean STI vs BRZ ?

We all know the STI handles better than the WRX.

^^ Yeah, but the STI is $10K more. The BRZ and WRX don't really have much in common, but they're at least close in price. I still think it's a pointless comparison.

I guess you're comparing it pricewise, since they almost cost the same.. If that's the case, go for the WRX. It is worth every penny. It has more horse power, so it's faster. Performance wise WRX tops the BRZ. But the BRZ is lighter and has lots of potential.
But all in all, in its class? WRX IS THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!!

$6,000 more...not 10 grand. I swear the price difference between the STI and the WRX keeps getting higher & higher.

That's because when you go in to buy a WRX at $27k, you can get them down to $25k. When you go in to buy a $35k STi, you pay $35k for it.

Dude don't rile the WRX vs STi folks, I'm tired of reading about how much of an elitist I was for buying an STi. Just let it go

Says the BRZ owner...

lololol Jokes. This is truth. But it depends on what kind of chicks you're into...

They're both awesome cars for what they're designed for. A BRZ STi would be insanely awesome. THAT'S a car I would love to have as a weekend driver.

As a owner of a built WRX and a BRZ.. This statement is entirely correct. They are incomparable. I liked my 360whp 360wtq WRX... It was exciting in a straight line, but not impressive anywhere else. My BRZ is an all around fun car to drive. To be honest here, it's more fun driving the BRZ.
