Thought I'd post another picture of some more recent changes

Changed my turbo setup around to a Super HX40 w/ a .70 a/r BEP housing and built a new exhaust setup.... even has a muffler All 4" pipe

Loving the new setup

What do your temps looks like with the IC blocking almost all of the radiator? How did you compensate for that?

With the mishimoto radiator it's never been an issue (put that in years ago when I had a tmic so I can't say if the stock radiator was an issue or not). Haven't seen water temps above 190... With no AC I don't drive the car when the outside temp gets around 85 or so though...

Wow. Nice. I've heard people having issues with temps just from running driving lights blocking the lower cutout, let alone a full IC blocking the radiator.

Pushing it hard on a really hot day might have a different results but it only sees 1/4 mile type pulls and passes... That pic it looks a bit larger than it is in reality, its a good size Blitz IC but it doesn't block it completely (there is a little more of the radiator exposed than it appears there)

Thanks,

Todd

No rubbing on full lock ,we are using car mainly for track days/drag and B-road fast driving.

Suspension is little bit firmer and we are running camber FR -2.0 and RR -1.5 and car feels awesome with those tyres.Only those rims clear our 356mm 8pots K-Sport.

I used to have a very similar lip. Not sure if it was OEM or not. The fitment was great, but it required drilling through the outside of the bumper, and wasn't perfectly color matched. To be honest, I like my JNA lip better.

You need a build thread over in PPB or built motor.

Holset powered subaru's don't surface often, nor does someone who is a self-wrenching, off the beaten path kind of car.

I Love it!

Thank you very much!

I will definitely make a thread when I get to the track. Had it out once on a smaller Holset and bad clutch (couldnt launch hard) it trapped 125mph at 5800ft elevation. It makes around 45-55 more whp on the road dyno with this turbo so we'll see what that can do...

Virtual Dyno (mustang dyno mode)
Made 536whp on the dynojet mode...
Weight listed at 3300 b/c of a full tank and tools etc, weighs 3200 w/me when its ready to race... Hoping for some good times!!

Doesn't spool terrible for a big snail on a 2.0 at 6600ft, really like this turbo! (boost on the graph is actually absolute manifold pressure)
