I heard from dipyourcar that it is good to 310F+, so it should hold up, and another nasiocer said he has had his dipped for over a year. Cant do catless, need my warranty brah! Especially with tranny issues (grinding).

edit- law school- thats expensive enough, dont need to be paying out of pocket for repairs

plastidip would give the matte black look, all I want is it to be just not chrome. Im really in no physical condition to do work on the car though, seeing as how I can barely walk.

Id post a pic to be a goodbro but Ill just have to make up for it after I move, not like you all havent seen bone stock 2011 wrx WAGONs on here.

Thats partially the reason, just to see what would happen. I also want to avoid the obvious nature of the thick shiny exhaust tips. Anything to make my car look less "high end" to the uninitiated, I'll do.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Worst case scenario it looks like melted junk, then just peel/goo gone it.

Nah, haven't really bothered with them much, though I do have a couple from inside the car and romping through the desert. Not nearly as exciting on the vids as it was IRL. :/ Oh well, maybe I'll get some action pics one of these times. I really want to win Dirtiest Impreza of the month once, and it's always action shots that win it seems.

Celery, last winter you said if someone sent you rattle cans of jives old seafoam color you would spray your winter rims that color, I offered to do so and have not forgot. I'm pretty sure Ivan knows where to get that color in a can. Answer to your curbage. Also you can pm me address anytime in the coming months.

Yeah the SPT tips are brushed/polished, not chrome. I always thought they looked perfect. Of coarse I rarely washed my car so they were hardly ever shiny.

OMFG great setup, gregor. Wheels/rubber type/size, drop? Finally, someone with taste. I'm guessing it required some fitment tweaking?
