Angry SUBISPEED/JB Autosports Inc HORRIBLE

PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR NICE WEBSITE AS I WAS, SUBISPEED'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WAY THEY OPERATE IS VERY VERY HORRIBLE.THESE PEOPLE DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS WITH SARCASM
I BOUGHT A SEIBON CARBON FIBER SPOILER FROM THEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND 2 WEEKS AFTER MY TRANSACTION I TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM FOR 5 DAYS IN A ROW CALLING THEIR PHONE # BUT NO ONE ANSWER, ONLY A VOICE MSG REPEATING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. I HAD TO RESORT TO EMAIL AND FOR MY RESPONSE I GET A REALLY WEIRD RESPONSE FROM "BRYAN" ONE OF THE REPS. I RESPONDED BACK AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME.2 WEEKS LATER I DECIDE TO EMAIL THEM AGAIN FOR A STATUS ON MY ORDER AND I VE BEEN WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FOR 3 DAYS AND NOTHING.I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A GROWING BUSINESS BUT SUBISPEED NEEDS TO FOCUS A LOT IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IM A PATIENT GUY AS LONG AS THEY CAN KEEP ME UPDATED AND TELL ME A REASONABLE CAUSE FOR THE DELAY I CAN WAIT FOR YEARS BUT NOT WITH THEIR WAY OF DOING THINGS. ANOTHER BAD THING ABOUT SUBISPEED IS THE RETURN FEE UP TO 20%!!! SO THEY GIVE ME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE , MAKE ME WAIT, AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM 20% FOR LITERALLY NOTHING! IM SO FED UP. DONT PLAY WITH MY FK N HARD EARNED MONEY

they just moved recently so im guessing things are still slow. also buying carbon fiber stuff, most of it is made to order so it takes awhile. ask anyone who's ordered a carbon fiber hood. people wait months.

Thank you for using all caps, almost thought you were a reasonable person for a second.

Holy crap. You had to resort to email, the primary medium of online communication, to reach them. Have you recovered from this traumatic experience yet?

You're willing to "wait for years" yet you also cant wait one week for a response.

Post some email pics so we can get the actual story.

obviously you don't know the value of customer service, i work with clients and i make sure my clients gets a response from us by the end of the business day, not doing so can be rude and disrespectful and bad for business, especially if you are a sales person. that being said, after you buy a product for $660 and you get no response for a whole week i start having doubts about subispeed. i spent 1400 on a vis hood from mobb motor sport and i received an email right away and even a call the following day and i had my hood in less than 2 week "do you see the difference?" and to add to that i sensed a Little sarcasm in their email.(i will show pics)

i wrote this in lower caps for you so you wont get butthurt over caps

Not sure why people still buy from Subispeed. Plenty of other, better options out there.
