In regards to our site, we haven't been able to focus on it very much due to daily operations, and taking care of our customers. However we are planning on getting it back up and fully operational soon.

Best way to contact them is email (not PM) while their website is down. I got a response, got questions answered with no pressure and invoice sent to me very quickly. Not sure how long shipping took, but I think it was at my door in two business days. I always shop them first when I "need" something.

These guys are great! Customer service was extremely nice and always hit me with updates on my order. I ordered some Red mudflaps and they gave me the best price I could of asked for and now keeping my black car a little cleaner makes me happier haha. Thanks for the services!

Sunday night my sway bar mount broke and I contacted BMS via email right away for a quote on potential replacements/upgrades. I had the part in hand on Tuesday! Daniel is always responsive and helpful even though I only purchased one item this time around. Will always contact them first for all my Subaru parts.

I wondered the same, this was one of my favorite places to buy parts from in 2011 when i had my WRX.
