Question What to do on Cape Cod?

Going to be spending the 1st weekend in October in S. Yarmouth. I'm looking for stuff to do with my kids (3 and 5) so stuff like surfing is out. Any ideas? (Accommodation and meals are taken care of so don't need advice on that.)

Mini golf is the big one. Theres also bowling in hyannis and yarmouth, indoor paintballing and I think thats about it for fall stuff. Cape isn't much fun out of season. I know. I live there......

We're taking teh wifey's Benz so I don't think I want to get that full of sand; not sure I would even take teh Subie.

minigolf
Can a 3yo do that? Anyway, we could minigolf anywhere. I'm looking more for interesting stuff specific to the Cape ( ege nature centers: www.ccmnh.org )

Fishing and sailing are probably out with little kids too.

^^We are staying at Red Jacket Resort which has a nice beach so that will probably be enough sand for them. (They love playing with sand/beaches so I suspect we'll spend a lot of time there.)

I thought of that but I don't think they are old enough. I'm looking for stuff that is more hands-on and we can leave at any time if they get bored. Things like parks and nature centers are ideal.

toad hall is down there somewhere. some old dude happened to have butt loads of money from somewhere and was into cars and collects old english cars and some japanese cars and keeps them in a barn. i went down with a meet for 240 guys, it was great you can sit in them and take pics. the guy is totally crazy though; he oaints them all the same shade red like the austin the toad in the wind and the willows drove. plus on top of that he collects cats and they are crawlling all over and in the cars. it's a shame.
