Mine was ~23K at invoice with options. Luckily SOA upgraded me to the Limited when I had problems with the first car.

Likewise, I'm glad they worked something out with you as well!

I am definitely loving the heated seats and moonroof! I'm not really a fan of leather, however the dog hair sticks a whole lot less on these seats than the cloth ones. Also I like the wheels a whole lot better even though they are harder to clean. I was a bit disappointed when I found out the Premium had different wheels than what I saw on the preview cars at the dealership.

So I'm at just under 13,000 miles and now have the squeaky seat issue (springs inside driver seat back became exposed) that some of you read about on multiple threads. Dealership was great, replacement seat back on order. Should be in next week. Hoping this doesn't recur on the next seat. I'm finally settling in to not calling it a "new car" anymore. Have had all my firsts (first scratch, dent, windshield crack & warranty issue). Phew! I actually feel more relaxed now. Not nervous anymore. I love this lil Subie Nugget of mine! Can't wait to take it on a road trip north of the border this weekend!

thanks again kenny for the suggestion. i just unclipped the clips a tab to get part of the strip under it and presto.

ans2k: i think the brightness of the 12 smd led panel will provide sufficient light for the side cargo net area. again it all depends if there are obstructions to the area of light. but it works for the most part (definitely way better than the stock bulb) if you dont want to do the strip. just ordered another strip in case this strip goes bad for the future. so far so good.
I swapped out the stock bulb for a T10 42 SMD LED and illuminates the hatch really good. I may choose to go the LED strip down the road, how much did it cost?

What do you mean $3k difference between the Impreza sedan and hatch? It is $500.

Depends on demand. I have only seen 1 sedan in my area and 5 or 6 hatches. Hatches outsell sedans and there is much more demand for them

Hatches were marked up in my area, none of them were on sale, and every time they hit the lot someone bought it up in 2 days. The original invoice for my sedan was 23,400k with all the options on it. Had an equally equiped limited hatch for just over 24k with some extra add ins...

Then the sedan dropped to 20,910 pre TTL. No Dealer would budge on any Hatches because of demand. I mean even the premium hatches were sitting at 22+k..(and I wasn't paying that for cloth seats) So I went with the sedan.

You got a good deal, though I love my Sport and don't think I will buy a sedan again for a long time.

It is the late fulfillment of my dream to own a VW Rabbit or Saab hatchback (they were the bomb in the late 80's, along with Civic hatchbacks!)

Changed my oil today unlike last time my dipstick is reading exactly on the top dot with 5.3qts, last time was 1/4" over.
I also filled to 5qts and took a pic, which i will post later.

Unless i got more drained out this time it doesn't make sense to me

Any one know if these lights would fit? Or know anything about them?

I want to cry. Walk away from car today and I see two paint chips on front of the hood and couple on front bumper. I think my old Toyota accumulated less chips over 10 years I owned it than this Subie I only own for 2 months. Mt car us dark gray too so it's super noticeable (to me).
