Default Reputable shop for turbo replacement

Long story short, In laws had a shade tree mechanic replace the turbo on their 2010 Forester Xt and I believe he left an oil line loose or disconnected and now the new(ish) turbo is shot. I'm looking for a reputable shop that can replace the turbo cheaper than the dealer. My first thoughts were Engine logics or Kozmic but I feel they have higher rates for being speciality shops. Any recommendations will be appreciated, Thank you.

Higher end performance shops tend to have similar rates to dealers. CASH in hand helps negotiations outside of the dealer setting.

Stock replacement is lower on the scale for Engine Logics work but they can do it, and it will be done right. Kozmic is much farther north from Galveston. Either way I'd pick up the phone and call both shops.

FWIW, if you didn't have visible leaks I'd bet the guy didn't prime the turbo while installing.

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I'll call Brad at Engine Logics and see what he says.
