how do I remove the Baja rear headrests?

Fold the seat down, pop off the access cover and remove two bolts. They are either 12 or 14mm I think. Itís been a bit. Are you installing a child seat?

Annoyingly, they block a significant part of the rear window...I rarely have passengers, but donít want their heads snapping back through the window in a collision - or I would remove them...before I did the rear seat delete in my MINI I would slide them off when I had no rear passengers...wish we could do same.
