Interesting group of cars today...Mr. Fuelie here...6 inches of fuel line out of the engine compartment fuel filter split. Outer layer was ruptured 3 inches from outlet back from the fuel filter. Had enough slack to cut back to beyond the inner cracks, but obviously I’m going to replace the whole line before the next outing.

I’m glad it was that obvious, thanks. Even my T-shirt had a faint Oh_Der of fuel, yum... I’ll bet my fuel mileage might be better too...

I Updated the first post for next month's drive August 16th.
We will be heading to Bear mountain New York.

What route are you taking to get there? If you’re going up the Palisades I could meet you at the visitor’s center rest stop. It’s a left exit just south of the Route 6 split. Also approx time.

We're going to be heading to the Bear mountain hot dog stand.
Some have mentioned about seven lakes road or something like that.
We'll be coming up 287 through mahwah..
