Default MOMO shift knob adapter

Has anyone installed a momo airleather shift knob with an adapter. I heard that the knob doesn't fit right without it.

Yup, and with the adapter, it fits PERFECT! I don't know about installing it without an adapter, haven't tried.

I'd recommend getting the adapter. Won't go wrong.

Adapter? I don't remember there being any adapter when I installed mine.

Paulie sells the Momo adapters, in which he had made. The knob fits perfectly, with no twisting. It was a 5 minute install...well worth the $20 shipped. Try PMing him. Paulie is his screen name. It's a great product!!

I also used no adapter, but I did use one of the small runbber boots that sit on top of the shift rod. All that did was keep from metal to metal though. Hmm oh well.
