Default momo shift knob adapter

I bought the piece from Paulie and I'm very pleased. The craftsmanship is good and so is his customer service. The knob feels rock solid now.
If you have a momo knob you should have the adapter.

I sure would like to see a picture of this adapter. Can anyone help me out, post a picture of it, drawing, or something so I can see how it is made.

The top of the Momo Air Race Series knob sits at the same height as the stock OEM knob, however, you can make it sit lower if you wish...

I believe I emailed those instructions to ya

I'm guessing that Paulie will pm you the price, but I will tell you that it's worth every penny. Momo messed up big time not offering the Air Race with an adapter this good.

$20 isn't bad at all seeing as how Paulie had to buy all of the material and the research that went into designing it

He's not making any profit off these IIRC...

oh i didnt realize he had to fabricate it. i figured he just stumbled upon a piece at the hardware store that seemed to fit right. $20 is a lil much considering i only paid $40 for the momo knob. the shift knob is comming in the mail now and i havent put it on yet, so ill have to see if it twists n loosens as much as everyone says it does.

I have a Momo Sphere knob and it has loosened a couple of times. But I finally tightened it enough that its been a very long while since it loosened last.

The adapter is nice since the screws supplied with the knob may "damage" the shifter threads if you don't use the adapter (like myself) instead of the "biting" into the adapater. Another reson why the adapter is nice is because of the clip that holds-up the boot (I'm used double sided 3M tape).
