Default What else to replace with a headgasket? '11 WRX

Hey guys!
New to the forums here and I just picked up a 2011 WRX hatchback with 140k miles on it, I am currently saving up for a head gasket replacement.

I was wondering if anyone knew what else I should look into when having my head gasket replaced? I will have a local shop do the work for me, so what else would be accessible while the shop has the head off?

I plan on installing an IAG air oil separator to help the longevity of the motor, does anyone else have any recommendations?

Verify that the shop is going to pull the motor to do gaskets, if they are make sure when it goes back together it gets a new timing belt, and now is going to be the best time to do the clutch if it hasn't been done already

Are all of these items accessible while doing a head gasket replacement?
I am trying to use as little shop hours as possible lol
