Default Rear brake caliper setup/swapping brands

Ok, so I've seen this question asked a few times and the asker always seems to get flamed.

I have an 02 WRX that has been converted to RWD to specifically be a drift car. I also have a hydraulic brake I'd like to install, but I need to run 2 calipers on the rear rotor. It doesnt look like theres a whole lot of aftermarket support for this application, since most people dont take their subarus RWD. I've seen some threads where people have swapped Nissan calipers and transferred the mounting brackets for those onto the rear hub.

So heres my question. Can I swap the bracket and caliper for a Nissan one, and run a dual caliper bracket that's made for whatever Nissan I pull the brake setup off of?

I think TSS Fab was making some rear knuckles that allow you to put dual calipers
