And on a side note, if anyone is looking for a quad let me know. Really need to get rid of one of my race quads, it's hardly been ridden since, has just a few mods, well maintained ready to ride. It's an 06 Suzuki LT-R450, willing to let it go for a killer price if anyone is interested.

I was thinking about setting up a date for either the 6th or 7th of March, but if a few of you guys are going down I can wait and do it then. When are you thinking?

Also when I talked to Hill a few weeks ago about my mods he recommended the Perrin BCS since the GM is now discontinued.
i have to look at my march schedule when i go to work tonight to see if i can go in march. if not i can possible arrange time in april to go that way the rest of my tax money is here for sure

I would strongly suggest you search all of our post and show everyone where we ever "rag" on Agile or Hill. In fact, show me where we ever said anything negative. If you had actually done your homework, you would see that I have even posted things like +1 for Agile, and Hill FTW.... and so on. We used to actually have Hill and Agile tune our cars.

Since then, we have chosen to fly Jorge from P&L in every month. Jorge of course has an exceptional reputation, for good reason. We felt like we needed to have more "control" over what happens on the dyno. We now feel that the continuity of care for the customer is complete. We can ensure the customer gets the same care from start to finish this way! If there is a problem on the dyno, 99% of the time it is corrected and we continue and finish the tune.

Dexterous, I take much offense that you would even use the word "Unprofessional" when referring to us. That could not be farther from the truth. Anyone who has done business with us can tell you that we are quite the contrary. In fact, I challenge you to find anything even close to negative in our vendor review thread.

I am happy to see that many of you are happy with Agile. It is important to find a shop you can like and trust. I hope that some of you can give us a shot to see what the "IAG Experience " is all about.

Regards,
JJ

some point this spring I want to do compression test, sort of a peace of mind thing. I have zero experience in this type of thing, so, who's in? I'm sure it's mega easy (as easy as changing the plugs I guess, which isn't necessarily all that easy)

Yeah, that would be best, we can set a compression test saturday or something, doing more then one at a time is always easier, the second one of anything always goes quicker.

been to home depot much? get a thin aluminum bracket and a drill bit. 3D brackets work even better! drill a hole big enough to fit the stock tie-down rods through. it might even end up weighing less than Jason's SuperLeggera battery tie-down brackets. although, you have to understand Jason's mind. he is like a Math major. theoretically, he can optimize anything. but doesn't stop to think whether it is practical to spend enough time/effort to optimize certain things. theoretically, he is 100% correct. but practical, he is not. he needs to work with an F1 budget or team to fully realize his potential.

Wow, I used to live there. Well, not the home for the mentally unstable, but Athens. My dad used to work at OU when I was growing up. Neat town.

There are a ton of nice ones out there for those little batteries but they are a tad pricey. Thing is for you to buy the metal and have some one set up a machine to make one you are going to be pretty close to what you can buy one for.

I took this to mean that Nick wanted to wait until after his tax refund and a few more paychecks. If he went earlier, after his overnighter, he would have less dough. I chuckled.... a little. I'll be lucky if I don't OWE $10k in taxes this year

Anyone know of a shop that will do inspection/emission testing on a walk-in basis? Preferably in the north hills area? Background - Baerl told me I'd have to make an appointment and likely leave the car there ALL DAY! Not something I'm inclined to do if I don't have to.

hah, my inspections have turned into walk in, put the car the garage bay, and leave about 8 minutes later.

That was a GREAT game yesterday. I was getting so ragged on for wearing pens gear at the wachovia center, luckily I was in a luxury suite

I even wore steelers gear underneath my jersey My friend who I was visiting wasn't as pleased.

pic from my iphone from the suite

Check out Lifetime Automotive on Rt. 65 in Emsworth, talk to Dom the owner and mention my name and he'll take care of you.
