Default 430WHP, trying for more..alittle help here.

Game plan is around 500WHP
430whp - Junior Tuned..i've maxed out my 850cc injectors and my MAF that UR threw in the kit when i did the rotated setup. Now....
I just bought Bosche 1200cc's, and i bought a brand new Perrin Big MAF Short Ram. Also he flashed my Stock ECU..

1.should i go to an AEM? HYDRA? - Do i need to bother? I want a clean look in the Bay due to the fact that IMPORTTUNER has finally got back to me that they want to feature my car, also i'm building this car for RoadCoarse/Timeattack..i was planning on doing something like this with the intake. A full 4" pipe into the Turbo.
2. Can i do this 4" pipe and weld my Air sensor bung to it?

My Current Setup

What would be the most reliable, most power i can get with pump gas, i need some Gurus here!

You will need cams, so save for those first.

No meth/e85....just pump.

Anyone have experiences with using the HKS computer. I'd like to use my OBD2.
AutoMasters of Westchester use that setup. You can still pass inpections without any hassle like the AEM or Hydra may give you. Any thoughts?

Also how will my car run if i do a full 4" Short Ram pipe like in the pic above?

Why not go with one of the KS Tech intakes for rotated turbos? They make them up to 86mm and that way you could keep your MAF and stock ECU. I don't think that the Perrin big MAF is going to buy much for you.

You might leave some power on the table with this setup, but it'll be cheaper than going stand alone.

Mr. Moose, what it all comes down to is needing cams. They will pick up 20-30whp as your car sits. You want 500whp you will need cams big guy. I dont doubt we can make 450whp on 93.. but after that the cams will be your best dollar for dollar mod.

You are killing me here! lol But you are right! i'm going to aim for 450WHP...no more..the more you got the more problems you run into. Plus 450 is more than enough for Roadcoarsing. I was up at LimeRock 3.5 weeks ago for Porsche Day..i sat in my buddy's 993 Carrera. he had about 300whp, LSD and that thing felt faster than my car.
I'm going to Focus more on the handling aspect because like i said. 450WHP is more than enough. Its not a drag car. With the money i'll spend on cams and labor i can purchase an Oil Cooler and a Radiator..necessary parts for engine longevity.

Here is what i got sitting here in a box: Shoot me a PM when your available or call me dude. I'm looking to get her done and tuned next couple of days.
1.Bosch 1200 injectors
2.Perrin Big MAF

Hey Zaksti I was wondering what type of power curve you have in your car. Do you run short gears? I ask because it seems like you already have a very powerful car. Perhaps your car makes power much latter than you need it to and this is hurting your elapsed time?

Hey BlueRex.. I'm running stock gearing that came with the 07 STI's. Also i did forget to mention, I'm running a .63 backhousing on my 35R. Why? Because the power hits right around 4k and hits hard around 5-5.5k. I love it, plus it's great for RoadRacing/Roadcoarse.
I did miss the gearing I had in my Stock 05 STI
