ya those look stretched. Welcome to the world of tire sizing! Every company seems to do things differently and when you get into high performance tires, they usually tend to run larger than their all season counterparts...

next time have a look at the actual dimensions listed on most tire websites.

Sidewall to sidewall is .4" wider than the 255's but the tread width is .6" narrower. That combined with the additional height of the 265 must be why it looks a little more stretched.

Here are the numbers:

255/35/18 Federal SS-595
Measured Rim Width: 9.0"
Section Width: 10.3"
Tread Width: 9.4"
Overall Diameter: 24.9"

265/35/18 Dunlop DZ102
Measured Rim Width: 9.5"
Section Width: 10.7"
Tread Width: 8.8"
Overall Diameter: 25.3"

265/35/18 Federal SS-595
Measured Rim Width: 9.5"
Section Width: 10.8"
Tread Width: 9.8"
Overall Diameter: 25.2"

I figured the DZ102's would run wide like my old Star specs did - Oh well. I bought them used with the wheels.

Replaced those stretchy 265's with Continental ECS 265's - Much better.

What are you using to dial in the camber? I have the same suspension setup on my 11' STI (except with RCE Blacks) and am just using the OEM camber bolts so far. I will be beefing up the tires most likely this season and like the way yours sit.
