Default Sensor clearance

Sorry I did this over a year ago..it may have been the same as the newer fa engines ... 1.25-1.35mm clearance.

I ground down a thin stainless washer to get mine in spec.

It looks like the adaptronic ECU has a built in trigger scope function. You should be able to troubleshoot your your sync/trigger issues without an oscilloscope fairly easily using datalogs.

I did pick up a Haltech Elite 2500 this winter to replace my older Platinum Sport 2000. Supposedly the trigger issue is somewhat common on the platinums and is supposed to be resolved on the Elites. I won't know for sure until I put it in and transfer the tune. Although I'll also be checking the trigger height so.....guess I won't know for sure what fixes it.

replaced ****ty Subaru cam sensors with GT101, bought male connector and crimped to sensor and 3d printed spacer with o-ring grove they are pretty much plug and play now.
My engine only has 1 factory sesnor now which is crank lol
So far i really like the new ECU glad i went this route!

i`m already driving around adjusting VE table, got 300 miles on the motor so far running WG spring pressure 9 psi.
So far i cant tell the difference in spool between my old 7670 IWG and new 8374 EWG, the ewg is very loud so i hope to never hear it by running **** tons of boost
Getting cold starts on E85 perfected, never worked on vipec...

That's cause flex due wasn't real flex fuel on the Vipec. The new link G4+ finally had proper flex fuel and VE fuel modeling. Separate cold start parameters for gas, E85 and anything in between.

took me some time to setup the wiring diagram, then it was just super easy crimp the pins and insert them into ecu connectors.
I just used the aem patch harness for $180

Installed the ID1700x's, man this things are garden hoses.
Got the car to idle stable at 13.4:1 afr with 11 degree timing @ 940 rpm on pump gas.

Installed new ID750 fuel filter and switched rails to -8 AN

Does the adaptronic have tables for short pulse width adders? I'm about to switch to those myself.

The injector settings have minimum flow rate and i don't use pulse width as the ecu does all the thinking.

Started working on beefing up fuel system. The system will be fully standalone and i will just feed logging into ecu from FPR, will be using wally 450 as lift pump

Radium Jetpump (had none before and ran out of fuel **** ton of times)
Radium surge tank with built in Fuelab prodigy pump 92902 (909 LPH)
Fuelab electronic FPR

Everything is going to be hidden and look stock in the trunk.
