Default APS SR56 Turbo

I just got my car back from dyno comp in Scottsdale, AZ....got all my stuff installed (APS SR56 turbo, APS DR525 FMIC, APS 70mm Intake, TGV deletes, Walbro Fuel pump, 850cc Power Enterprise injectors, split fuel rails, APS B.O.V., and a protune cobb accessport) and I put down on their dyno 335AWHP. I will have to admit, it is very laggy and no quite producing the power that I wanted (I atleast wanted 350awhp) I am running on 91 octane and suggestions or opinions????

Take it back and ask for more. They should oblige you.

You need either 93 octane or 91 with meth.I usually mix 3 gallons of 100 octane with the rest 91 this gives me around 93.

Dyno Comp has been known to tune VERY safe. I am sure there is much more power to be had out of your setup.

335 sounds weak. I thought 49lb turbos put out 350whp on 91. A 56lb should be about 385

How is your friend have on his car that he is making 400??? how much does a meth kit cost or should i just go with a different turbo?? if yes....what turbo???? and a rotated mount is not an option at this time maybe in the future! Richard Garcia @ dyno comp tuned my car and i think he does a wonderful job its just that i want MORE out of the setup that i have ALSO.....should i get some type of boost controller and crank it up (within reason of course)?? oh and i am at 19psi

Richard Garcia is an excellent tuner. His dyno reads very very low. Did he do a baseline run on what your car was putting down stock? That way you could truly see what type of gains you got.

Dyno numbers are useless without a baseline....

I want WAY more power what should i do....can i just buy a boost controller and turn up the heat??? or should i buy a different turbo?

You can't compare those numbers. You can only compare your car prior to any changes on the same dyno, on the same day. Without that information the numbers you get are rather useless.

I mean that along with your standard gas fillup you will be paying 2 dollars on top of that to run the car. So expect to pay 5 bucks + a gallon.

If you want to stay bolt on go w/ a FPred 8cm housing and Meth. I don't know for sure how much more it will cost you to run meth, but I have a really hard time beliveing that it would cost $5 + a gallon to run it... That is why they call meth the poor mans race gas.

If you want great power go w/ a rotated mount or the red or other turbo's close in size. The red from personal experience will come on just before 4k w/ the 7cm housing and the 8cm should be at about 4100 ish.

In regards to lag, you just have to learn where to put the car in the RPM range before you go. Don't try and gun it from 2500 RPM cuz you're not goin anywhere that low.

Have you even talked to Rich about this?

Can you post a dyno sheet? Have you talked to rich about this? have you done a compression test on the motor? Your power numbers seem low, but it would be good to know what you put down before the tune. To gauge what kinda power you put down.
