A lot of Dynamat. In the doors...rear hatch area...and several others. The more bass and midbass you add to these cars the more they sound like a tin can with coins in it.

So did that help a lot then?

One of the major downsides of having your car out of commission this long is that it just gives you more time to sit and think about what else you want to do to it. This is just the little stuff and not even all of it...

If the little stuff is ceramic coated shields, slotted rotors, & stainless steel brake lines I can't wait to see the big stuff!!!

As always, best thread to look forward too haha

Some of the big stuff is going to come afterwards as they are out of stock until mid February. It's all good though...the finished product should look pretty killer.

Surprised you didn't already have the SS brake lines? Totally worth it!

Love this car, stellar job. It partly inspired me to trade my 2011 WRB sedan in for a 2013 ICM hatch (that I pick up tomorrow). This, I hope, is where the inspiration will cease as I (insert wife) am not willing to initially drop the coin that you have on yours.

Good luck with the build.

They were always on the list but I hadn't gotten around to them. I am looking forward to seeing how everything feels with the new lines, completely flushed system and rebuilt calipers.

I have an understanding wife for sure. This has made it so that the next project car is hers though. Good thing for me...she wants to build a 427 Factory Five together. I just have to wait until our new house is finished so I can put a lift in the 3rd car garage. That will be a fun project to do together.

Stock Brembo calipers powdercoated silver. Daily pads are Centric Posi Quiet Ceramics and track pads are Hawk HP Plus.

I have an account under GA Scooby. I had the intentions of getting more involved with it now that I am in the immediate area. I plan to bring all my journal stuff over there.
