I want to build my own WRX motor. Are there books on how to do this?
Hey all,
I've built Ford Windsor block engines before so I sorta know what I'm doing. My concern is my general unfamiliarity with the workings of the significantly more complicated Subaru flat 4s. Are there books available that detail the order of the build, what to blueprint, and what ft-lbs to torque everything down to? Any info is much appreciated. -DW

The Factory Service Manual is an excellent reference for assembly. I use mine all the time.
