I hate to do this. It seriously pains me but I crashed my car on Tuesday.

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1694618

Price: $1800. Will begin Parting in one week if not sold.
I'm going to try and sell first before I part it out. I'm going to have it up for one week. The car still runs. Fired right up on the first turn of the key. When it was moblie, the car ran like a champ. It can be driven onto a rollback/car trailer.

I slid off the road and down a rocky embankment, which tore the sheetmetal under the driverside of the car. I haven't had it up on a lift to see what suspension parts are trashed. All 4 wheels are. The PS Front wheel area is fubared. There is something seriously broken but I haven't had the time to look. As far as the rear end it "looks" ok visually but I haven't had time to check carefully.

IT had 153K on the Motor and trans. It has a few aftermarket parts that will go with it.

(lightened flywheel/clutch)
Slotted Rotors all around
SS brake lines all around
Injen Intake
Clear Headlights
AGX's (Don't know if they are still good)

I'm sure I'm missing a few things. The interior is clean minus the airbags. All the seats are good, dash, doorpanels, etc.

I really recommend you coming to look at it. I'm located in 17222. Which is night a few major highways. I have time to show the car just send a PM.

Like I said it runs and drives. So it can be moved somewhat. Not roadworthy at all.

Again, sorry for your misfortune. That was a really nice looking RS. If the car does not sell, and I hate to ask, but I would like to call dibs on clear side marker lamps if it does not sell as a whole car.

Thanks
Joe

If no one goes for the center console, I'll drive up from Tysons and uninstall it/etc for you =)

I look at that car and think it's barely wrecked. Maybe there's damage I don't see. I'd put a couple hundred into patching it up and keep driving it. Some sheet metal screws and new steelies and I think it's drivable.

I drove far worse for 4 years.

It still has a clean title?

I might be up for the rotors if they are still good, the intake maybe, and the clear corners. Send me a pm and let me know what you want for everything.

If it doesn't sell of course.

Yes, still has a clean title.

I would lvoe to fix it back the way it was, I just don't have the time or expendable income to do so. I really do miss it.

When I say rolling chassis...I mean you can gut the interior, but I would want the exterior to be intact, motor and transmission, suspension...basically so it can be rolled onto a trailer.

dude seriously hang onto it, you honestly mean that you couldn't afford to fix it within the next 6 months and have somewhere to keep it in the meantime? you wouldnt need to make it perfect again (i.e. sideskirts) but to get a new front cover, aftermarket steering wheel sans airbag, used wheels

that thing screams rally-x me (then take me to andrewtech ej2507 swap me and ppg me downtime down the road)

The correct action is to report your thread and have a mod lock it so that it cannot be bumped at a future date.
