My new toy... The new Family truckster!
Sorry guys,... It's been A LONG TIME since I posted anything. I've been REALLY busy with work and the new family.
My son was born August 29th, and my wife and I had gotten rid of our new 2003 4Runner (don't ask, Classic Toyota screwed up!), and we needed a new family ride to haul the kid, and all the crap that a new baby requires. I found this 2003 Tahoe Z71 in Victoria, TX. The dealer gave me such a killer deal, that I couldn't pass it up!... Anybody want to go Muddin? BTW, I still have the WRX. I'll be installing a set of KYB AGX shocks and F/R Cucso sway bars this weekend. I'll hopefully be running with SPOKES again next year. -AW

Wow... looks like an even 1 to 1 gallon/mile vehicle. Great looking but I'd hate to pay the fuel bill.

nah,... this isn't a moomy mobile,... my wife is now driving a new Accord. (Thank You Howdy Honda!) I bought the Tahoe for me.
Muuuuuhahahahah Beware the Black beast! Gas Mileage?... Hmmmm what's that?... Actually I've upgraded the Tahoe's performance with a Hypertech III power programmer, and added a K&N filter pack. I'm getting about 12-15 MPG. I mostly drive it to and from work, which is only about 10 miles a day. A full tank will last me a good 2 weeks. -AW |
