![]() Okay. You've all seen the brand new support section on the new site right?? You also probably looked through the Mods, and Parts sections, and thought "I should send Kris pictures of my _____ mod." or "I've got a great link to _____ for those parts!" I know - it involes HTML. I'm positive that if you have pictures and text - yet not enough skilz to get it into HTML, post that fact on the board, and people will help!
Call to Action! We need mods, frequently asked questions, good links to parts, etc. BUT I need it in a format I can use. So please - pay attention here: Mods: Should be ONE HTML page with pictures and a well written discription of what to do (or what direction to take). Including links to other sources. Any of the mods on the page right now are a good example of what I'm looking for. (please copy the source, and use that if you need to!!!) ZIP the whole page - Images and HTML, and send it to [email protected] with your name, and what the mod is for. FAQ's: Frequently asked questions are a little tougher to "nail down". Sometimes the information is "speculated" or wrong. So it's important that if you do write up some FAQ's you are prepared for 2 things. 1. You may be wrong. 2. That may upset people. SO - What I suggest doing is posting your FAQ on the NESIC Forum, and ask people to look it over. THEN - I'll copy the text to a page, and begin generating the NESIC Impreza FAQ. (There are a lot I can copy from the FAQ's I wrote for the i-Club back 6 months ago. If you wrote one, and would like it included in the NESIC Impreza FAQ - please get it to me by email.) Parts Links: Know of a great parts link that nobody can live without? Subject it "Part Link" - and send it to [email protected] Redline: I got a couple of good possible redline of the month pictures last night - but I need more. If you have a picture of your Scooby in action... Subject it "Redline of the Month" - and send it to [email protected] Please post to this thread if you can help with HTML, or have a mod you want to document. Thanks! - Kris Oh, and... WE ROCK! ![]() That is all... *snap [This message has been edited by webkris (edited January 12, 2001).]

![]() Some example for a "mod" - a WRX STi ver 3 conversion??
![]() I could probably write something on a TEC-II installation and tuning process. however, why are we maintaining our own mods section? isn't the main i-club site going to have one too? -Edwin |

![]() I will have plenty of mods for you once the weather gets nice. Lets see here:
Anti Lift Kit Stainless Steel lines Sti motor/tranny mount 22B hood vent Stereo Stuff silent factory alarm (arm/disarm) That is all I can think of off the top of my head right now. I'll have to borrow a digital camera from work so I can document it. I might even try to follow that crazy format you have up there. ![]() Paul G. |
