Yep! My once a week errand I do that used to fall on Wednesday's shifted to Tuesday's, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to come over there again. Have to be around here at 7, and don't normally get done until 8 or so, which pretty much rules out the hour drive after that to head over there.

LoL, sorry. Maybe I can convince Kim to drive over there one night with me though to show the Forester, and the kid, LoL. He's growing so fast it's crazy. I'll have to try to find a work around for that night though, or see if I can do my stuff later that night, after the meet. We'll see.

Yeah, having a kid will do that to you, LoL, but it also lead to the addition of the Forester, so he's not all bad news

Anyone have any experience doing TGV deletes, intake manifold, injectors, etc? I may have RW do it, but saving all that money sure is tempting.

I live in South West Palm Bay. It's pretty much in the middle of no where. It's def a nice drive from Titusville. If you're familiar with the compound - that's my back yard.

My car is currently torn down in the garage. She has all the 6 speed swap components for the bug eye at the house already - 04 sti 6mt, shift linkage, tranny cross member, sti drive shaft and a 3.9 R160 with the sti companion flange. The DCCD stuff is here too, but I have zero experience with the wiring involved to install it. So, that item may not get installed right away.

I can pretty much take all the 5mt stuff out on my own, but the 6MT is just too heavy for me to install myself. It's already on the transmission jack. She is even gonna pick up some nice big 6 ton truck jack stands so the car is nice a high off the ground.

It would also be nice to have someone around who has done pull style clutch installs. My 06' is a push so it's bit different than the pull style.

Her car should be arriving from Connecticut before next Friday. So the goal is to get started on Nov. 11th, Saturday morning. I'm pretty stoked. Just wish my car would be running by then too lol

Yep I know the area. I can probably come down and help you out that week some time.
TJ you should do it yourself. It's not too bad just time consuming. I had the whole top half of my engine off and back together the week before the Dragon trip.

I don't know, I was planning on getting the TGV's from Grimmspeed, and having RW just install them, and a lot of other stuff.

I am thinking I might try to do a lot of it, wanna come help? LoL. I have a garage and tools, and would of course provide food and beverages for your time

I'd still need RW to do some of the work, unless you have a crank pulley removal tool, and experience doing it.

I'm down for helping. Just has to be around school work. :-) I've had my crank pulley off once a long time ago with the help from a friend. It shouldn't be hard to take it off.

If I do it myself, it'll likely start on a Saturday, and get done whenever it gets done. You could recruit Paul also, haha, if he's bored enough.

Just an FYI for you T-ville people also, the Orlando group usually meets up for dinner around 7-7:30 on the night before Thanksgiving, normally at Smokey Bones on Hwy 50, and after we eat we relocate back to the normal meet up spot at Sonic's around 9-9:30. Just in case anyone other than Paul wants to make the trip early. Paul's usually there.

Just finished installing new oil seals and axle stubs into the 04' 6mt (on the right).

The other trans on the left against the wall is a PPG 1-4 straightcut 5mt which goes into my car - the one in this pic.

Here is the bugeye about to leave from CT heading here to FL.

Mine's not for a while man, don't even have the parts yet, nor the money for them.
