Why would you want to grow up? It sounds like you are doing it just right!

My 2016 WRX premium is my first new car. Before that I had a 2005 Mustang GT that I had through high school and college. Man I loved that car...

I'm 32, and currently drive a boring 2014 Accord. In the market for a WRX though. Hopefully in the next few weeks.

Default Oldest WRX owner? 66 1/2 yo 2016 WRX at Sonoma!

Driving a track car, WRX, bought right off the showroom floor without modifications, using it for what it's made for. On the track often and AutoX 5 to 9 times a year.
Have driven Ramblers, Civics, Dodges, Fords, Miatas, Chevys, English Cortina in 1968-69, plus many others from the 50's on up. Best car for track was the Miata. Best to put your foot into... a 1970 Barracuda.
My stock WRX plus RE-11 tires made it in 2:04 around Sonoma [Sears Point] two weekends ago. Last year my Stock AutoX '99 Miata did Laguna Seca in 1:59, this year I will shatter that in the WRX.

34, , each used for a purpose instead of one car for all. All dyned on the same Mustang dyno.

2010 Audi s4 350whp/325wtq on 91 octane (road trips, days off)
2000 Volvo V70 XC 195whp/270wtq on 91 octane (daily)
1991 Eagle Talon TSI 450whp/400wtq on E85 (race car)

All on stock original engines I'd like to point out. Just saying.
