Default Skeeter's '15 WRB STi Limited

Got a lot of changes coming:
Swapped to wingless trunk
Cobb Catback Exhaust
Work 11r 18x9.5 +38 (powder coated custom color)
Possible fender roll
RCE Yellow Lowering Springs
Cobb Accessport
Cobb Short Throw Shifter w bushings

Should get parts in a week or so, so expect some pics a little after that.

After these changes, I should be done for a while (or my fiancÚ is gonna kill me). Only things I may want down the road are Cobb downpipe and maybe upgrade to E85 if we get some more local gas stations to make it readily available. Probably wisest to wait til my warranty runs out at this point.

Some crappy pics of my dirty car. Just got STS, Cobb CBE and RCE Yellows installed. Wheels will be on in a couple of weeks. Car sounds AWESOME on the outside but I may look into some soundproofing for the interior. I'll get a car wash and some better pics soon.

Hey just curious, what's wrong with the Subaru STI shirt shifter? Is the Cobb that much better? I have a 16 sti coming my way soon and its coming with the short shifter kit.

I wouldn't say there was anything "wrong" w OEM short shifter. I thought it sat a bit high even with the arm rest extender. I've had the car about a year and I've mis-shifted a handful of times but it's probably more my fault than anything. The Cobb one is adjustable, so I lowered it. I also got the front and rear bushings so it there's less wiggle room in the shifter and feels firmer. I've heard you can get the Cobb bushings to use w the OEM short shifter and that will get rid of the "looseness". If you like the height of the OEM short shifter but want to get rid of the slop, that's an easy upgrade.

Thanks that makes sense. I've always had the Cobb shifter and bushings in my subies and this will be my first time with the Subaru one.

Hey man, your car looks great so far. Would you mind taking a side shot that is more level with the car so I can see how much the RCE Yellows really lowered your car? Thanks
