remove the drivers side bracket altogether

Start by getting the hose onto/close to onto the turbo outlet
Then wiggle the TMIC outlet into the tb hose. It will likely fold in on the bottom, use a screwdriver in from the top to pop it out. its POSSIBLE to punch a hole in that hose, but its fairly difficult to damage, so be semi careful

Once you have these 2 hoses on, pull the TMIC towards the pass fender and tighten the turbo outlet to elbow hose clamp
Then tighten the clamp in the hose to the throttlebody, tighten the clamp closest to the throttlebody first.
Pull the TMIC down towards the throttlebody till the hose bottoms out, then clamp it.

NOW,

Reinstall the drivers side TMIC bracket, using the 2 bolts on the top of the manifold. Leave them plenty loose so you get lots of play with the bracket.

Get the 2 bolts STARTED in the side brackets on the TMIC. DONT TIGHTEN THEM YET

Once they are both started pretty well, maybe 1/2 way in. THEN tighten the drivers side bracket on the manifold. Then tighten the 2 bolts on the sides of the TMIC down.

/reinstall

I usually put a little silicone spray lubricant on the inside of the hoses and it really helps them to slide back on. I find it really helps with getting the elbow hose back on the turbo. Good luck!

Hmmm...I can get the turbo hose on now no problem, but the TB hose is a PITA!

If you got a 90 degree hook, you can get the throttle body hose on. Start out trying to wiggle the bottom part of the hose, then work your way up. If you do have KY lube, it helps too.

Looks like Davenow knows what he talking about, and some silicone spray lube would'nt hurt either. I'd go by and help you out, but I'm at work till 10:30.

Thank you davenow! I took your advice and removed that bracket. I also used a 90 degree bent awl type of tool and got the TB on pretty quickly after that!

Shoot, I replied in your other thread about this. Your location says Pensacola. If I knew you were in Corpus, I would have swung by and gave you a quick hand.
