Default AMS FPGreen Test! 2007 STi, 8cm housing

In the midst of our very chaotic move we were able to get my car on the dyno and finally test this bad little boy. The results were very nice and we are really impressed with the turbo. The car is now making 75 more WHP at Redline on pump gas!

On with the test

The Vehicle: 2007 Subaru Sti

Modifications:

AMS Custom Catback
Turbo XS Downpipe
AMS Test Pipe
AEM Cold Air Intake
Vibrant Header with up-pipe
Deatschwerks 850CC top feed injectors
Walrbo Fuel Pump
Forced Performance FPGreen with an 8cm turbine housing and 2.4" Inlet
Forced Performance High PSI internal wastegate actuator

STOCK TOP MOUNT INTERCOOLER

pump Gas
21 Psi tapering to 18psi
Mid to low 11's AFR's

The First graph here is just the numbers. Here is what she did last night on the dyno. we are pretty impressed!

Now here is that same graph in STD Correction for those that are used to using the "Standard" Correction factor

And last but not least here is the HP curve outlined over the tune with the stock tubro. All that was changed was the FPGreen and the fuel modifications to support it. Look at the HP increase at redline!!!

All in all we are very happy with the results and considering the spool time we will deffinetely be recomending this turbo to our subaru customers.

Next on the modification path is to try this same combination with our AMS Top Mount Intercooler, Remove the Tumbers, Try an FP 3" Cover and toss an External Wastegate actuator on it. Oh, and of course throw some real gas at it

We think with some better boost control and a little less heat soak we can squeeze close to 400whp out of this little bolt on turbo.
