I actually don't hate the silver pieces. I just want an interior theme of red and black. I'm trying to see how far I can take it tastefully.

I plan on wrapping the radio trim with alcantara so that will be gone, but I think I am just going to keep the door handles/other trim silver. Not painting them this time around. If I get bored I will end up just buying the tS, so I can switch back if I need to lol.

the one piece center transforms the interior. i'll let this speak for itself...and put the supercharged badge on the lower right hand side...

It's too dark in Alaska to draw designs!

Dudes talking about trunk swaps on the STI reminded me that I still want to do a trunk swap with a Premium or FR-S. Or just buy my own, but it's $300 for the trunk unpainted and without all the mechanical pieces. Probably another $300-$400 to have it paint-matched. What are your guy's thoughts?

The community up here is LAME. I've seen maybe TWO black FR-S. I see more BRZ than FR-S anyways, but I've also seen about 3 black BRZ and they all have the Limited spoiler. As soon as I got my BRZ I posted up a Craigslist for trunk swapping and a thread in my local chapter. No bites ever. I do like the idea of having two trunks, but I just don't want to spend the money. If I ever go FI then I'll want proper downforce, though, so eventually a wingless trunk would be necessary.

Voltex?

I'm aspiring for the tS spoiler.

Otherwise I've NEVER liked any of those GT wings. With how I drive, though, if I went FI then I couldn't stay with wingless. Ideally I want an STI-like spoiler like from the 2015 STI, but Nameless Performance says it's a PITA to fit the 2011-2014 STI spoiler on their rally FR-S.

Have you seen the guy with the GTR spoiler?
Looks like it belongs on the car. If it wasn't ridiculously expensive and required no work, that would be the spoiler I'd get.

I was going to mention the GT-R spoiler, but it's not ricer enough for me. I prefer it without the center stand.

I reached out to overland a while ago..still waiting to hear back. I asked about doing some kind of stitched "supercharged in script or something, but just the badge could work there I guess

Thought it would look too tacky that way.

Installed my various black interior pieces last night. tS door handles, tS shifter trim, flat black dash trims, flat black passenger door lever and flat black Traction Control buttons. I have the automatic one. It's so cute tapping the "Snow" and "Sport" buttons! I have no clue what I should hook them up to, so what do you guys think?

I didn't have time to install the tS fender garnish, flat black driver door lever, tS knee pad garnishes or tS vent assemblies. I did install my yospeed BRZ STI door sill and yospeed STI heater control surround since I had assitance. I'll try to take pictures in a bit. Catching up on work.

The OCD in me kinda hates having a gloss black AND flat black interior, and some silver and chrome, but I'm also highly fascinated by it. I removed the stereo surround trim and am just living with the gaps on either side of the HU for now. I was tired of it not fitting correctly and just poking out. I believe I need to shave the back of the spacer to allow it to proper fit.

Pics or ban!

I think the gloss black in a few areas would look nice, just as a highlight.

For the buttons, one should obviously activate NAWWZ and the other for super stealth rocket launcher.

I'm thinking of using that blank spot on mine for an OBD-II switch. I would like to keep my OFT plugged in all the time, but it'd drain the battery. Just ordered a nice flat ribbon cable OBD-II extension cable from Amazon and should have that next week. So excited!

Looks good man - but you should have waited to install the shifter trim. It has to come off for the knee pad install lol

I like the STi in the cup holders!

Not enough contrast in the interior IMO. It's like a dark cave.

I thought about this since I've removed the knee pad area twice, but it's so easy to pop up the trim that I just figured meh. It's more of a pain for the knee pads since you have to take out the center console and then the center dash area with the cubby. PITA.

And thanks!

Yeah, I'm thinking even with the gloss black it'll look like that. However, I do have GT-86 parts that I want that'll brighten the interior quite a bit: red parts on steering wheel and red e-brake handle. Then I still have the red weighted knob and red-striped Redline Goods e-brake and shifter shrouds. I need the OEM armrest, I think that would help a little, too, since my last interior shot had the armrest in it.

I still dream of having red leather replacements for the Alcantara on the seats, but I think I'll have to settle for the seat covers in the meantime.

I thought it would be fun to have it. It only cost a little more. They click, so I just need to figure out what to connect them to... I'm trying to think of a pertinent "Snow" or "Sport" function. I'd have my shop do it since they're into wires, so I'm really only limited by my imagination. Maybe if I got the rear fog light? I was thinking I could use that for "Snow".
