Shut the front door! LOL - isn't it awesome to have two completely different handling/powered Subarus? Is your GRB Aspen White?

My GRB is DGM. It is sweet to have cars that satisfy both ends of the spectrum. My practical side is the new Impreza, while my fun side is the STI! Amazing how much different gas mileage they both get. ;-)

I have 2010, and I am still trying to like the newer models. I like the mpg's though!

Tint World was the shop and they put on a "Carbon Infused Scratch Resistant 38% Window Film". My wife found a Groupon and they had okay reviews.

Curious what you like better/worse about your 2010 ... have you driven and or looked inside the new 2012 or are you just comparing the exterior styling? Also, what kind of gas mileage do you get?

I havent driven one, but I saw a 2012 at the auto show..

On the 12
I Instantly loved the interior. The 08-11 models, the dash sits way too high up and makes driving a bit hard, where as the 12 model, the dash sits way lower! Too add on, I liked how the center dash was the legacy, more at an angle, and less bulk/cluster in your way like the 08-12. Then theres the trunk... the 08-11 look really small compared to the 12. Also, the guage cluster was much better IMO. The black guage cluster on the 08-12 was too "bland" for me. The white/gray color on the new guages look better IMO.

Now what I think was better on the 08-11
-I think the Rear end on these models were done a bit better than the 12. The 12 looks like Subie just slammed on whatever they could, because it looks a bit too bulky, making the rear window a bit small.
-The seats in the 08-11 felt alot more softer than the 12, but then it could just be the usage after 40k.

Lovin these shots. My father is looking for a hatchback to replace a van and I'm urging him to pick up a 2012 Impreza!

Nice! Been waiting to see some tinted pics. Can't wait to get my DGM Sport, not long now..will be getting 35% smoke all around. Legal in Ohio is 50%..that's practically useless. I've got 35% on my Audi now and have had MANY run ins with various city PD's, only have been called on it once by a Trooper. Ofcourse thats because he was upset that he hadn't pulled over the biggest drug dealer in Ohio as I suspect he initially thought he did...when a cop asks you "how much money do you have in your pocket" before he asks for your proof of insurance, you know things aren't going to end up good for you

Here is my first Subaru.

I have wanted a subaru forever (especially the new sti's) but i couldn't pull the trigger on my insurance rates, haha. Before this I had a prerunner and then a silverado which ate has like nothing. Then i saw the new Impreza and fell in love. First things on my list to do is tint/hids/hopefully install some fogs on the cheap, haha.

Does anyone know if the impreza has equal or unequal length headers? Anxious to see what kind of exhaust note will get hit with a 2.0 145 hp engine, haha.

Your car looks very nice! I ordered the same car, except a Limited and after seeing your pics, I'm very happy with my decision.

I'd be interested in seeing pics when you do tint and the HIDs.

I am pretty sure they are equal length headers. Subaru tends to put unequal length headers on their turbo charged cars because of where the exhaust has to go for the snail.

yuup! ever since 06+ (not exactly sure of year though), subaru put equal length exhaust manifolds on their non turbo cars. 2010 Legacy GT has equal length manifold though.

Default 2012 ISM Sport Limited

Just picked my ISM Sport Limited last night. So far it's great! Coming from an '06 Pilot, using this as the daily commuter. Nice and sporty.

11 on the odo when I picked her up.

The sun is coming out, the car looks great in the sun, I'm glad I waited a month to get ISM.

Nice! I'm even more excited to pick mine up tomorrow, it's the Sport Limited with a moonroof

I'll look for you when I'm in Seattle visiting friends who just got married and have a baby on the way!

My two-tone OBP/DGM Sport Limited. I got lucky and it came in only after 2 weeks.

Does anyone else have a PZEV sticker? I wasn't a big fan of the badge so I'm glad it came in as a sticker. My dealer said he's never seen it before mine.

I have a PZEV badge on mine, not a sticker. Not sure which I'd prefer. I'm going to be de-badging most likely anyhoo.

Since the Sport has so many badges (4 not counting PZEV), they had to do the sticker on the window.

Seeing your DGM/OBP 2 tone make me really want mine to get here much quicker... Yours looks like it has minimal options, maybe that's why it came in so quick. I'm getting a bunch of stuff port-installed, and it's not even made it to port yet.

Sport PZEV models don't have a PZEV badge - because the Sport badge is where the PZEV badge would be - but mine didn't have the sticker either
