I would have loved to have some templates for the bumper. If you go through the thread in the 2.5 turbo forum, there are some good shots of various models' bumpers cut (after the install) to show about where you need to go.
Tools I used for the bumper: a utility knife that holds razor blades, and a hacksaw. The utility knife is slow, but it was all I had to do the job, and was good at being exact.
