How do I fix a dented tip? I bought a used TBE system from someone on these forums, and the tip was bent. I don't know if it happened in shipping or what? Is there anything I can do to fix it? It's a BPM GT Series and it sounds sick! I got a good deal on it, but the dent is killing me!

I realize this is a bit old but in the market for a TBE so I was viewing the thread. There is a tool called a tailipipe expander used for cheap DIY exhaust building. You can rent it at Advance Auto Parts (put cash deposit down, return within 30 days undamaged they give you all your money back) it is part of their DIY exhaust rental tool kit.

I would not attempt to expand the tip, but some gentle use of the expander will get you a lot closer to original. I've done this on a couple tips, usually dented at the bottom from impact on a steep driveway.

I'll send you the same response via PM as I doubt you will see this.
